Overview

Smart Insights is a new education consultancy entering a competitive market where trust, clarity, and credibility determine success. They needed a modern website that clearly communicates their services, builds confidence with parents and students, and positions them as a reliable advisor for international study opportunities.

I led the full design and development process—structuring the brand experience, creating a clean and intuitive interface, and building the website in Next.js and TailwindCSS. Because the domain was brand new, I also established a complete SEO and indexing foundation. This included technical setup such as metadata planning, sitemap and robots.txt configuration, performance optimization, schema markup, Google Search Console integration, and Google Business Profile setup.

Within the first weeks after launch, the website demonstrated strong early performance: increased visibility on Google, growing organic traffic, and consistent user engagement. These analytics confirmed that both the UI/UX and the SEO foundation were working effectively, giving Smart Insights a credible and growth-ready online presence from day one.

The final Smart Insights website delivers a polished, trustworthy, and conversion-ready user experience built with Next.js and TailwindCSS. Optimized for speed and clarity, the site scores above 90% on Lighthouse performance metrics—ensuring fast loading, smooth navigation, and strong first impressions for new visitors.

In the first 28 days alone, the website recorded significant early traction: 80 total active users (a 27% increase from the previous period), over 216 tracked events, and an improved engagement time of 1 minute 03 seconds—well above the typical benchmark for new consultancy websites. Organic search traffic also grew by 50%, showing that the SEO foundation was effective from launch.

The Home page led performance with 156 views, followed by strong interest in the Services and About pages, confirming that users were exploring Smart Insights’ offering in depth. The business also achieved an early ranking of #6 for the search term 'study abroad in Kampala,' an exceptional result for a brand-new domain with no paid advertising.

Overall, the project delivered a high performing, mobile optimized, and search-ready platform that immediately established Smart Insights as a credible player in the education consultancy space. The early analytics validate the strategy, execution, and long-term scalability of the website.
