Incise is a professional flooring and construction solutions company offering high-quality finishing products designed for durability, technical performance, and modern building standards. Their products are engineered to support residential, commercial, and industrial construction needs across Uganda.
My role in this project was to create a complete brand identity system for Incise, including the logo, visual direction, product labels, and packaging designs. The branding needed to reflect a strong, technical, and trustworthy construction partner while keeping the look clean, modern, and easily recognizable on shelves.
The work involved defining a functional color palette, typography, layout structure, and labeling system that could scale across different product lines. Each design element was created to communicate product quality, usage clarity, and a professional tone that resonates with builders, contractors, and distributors.
The result is a cohesive visual identity that positions Incise as a reliable and modern construction solutions provider with a brand strong enough to stand alongside global competitors.








The final delivery included a complete branding and packaging system for Incise, covering the logo, product label designs, packaging templates, and a unified visual identity for all construction product categories. Each item was designed to clearly communicate product type, application, and specifications, making it easy for contractors and customers to choose the right solution.
All packaging and label layouts were structured with clarity and consistency in mind—ensuring strong shelf presence, easy readability, and a professional technical appearance. The visual system was built to scale, allowing Incise to expand into new flooring and construction products without losing brand cohesion.
The updated identity gives Incise a strong and credible look within the construction sector, helping the brand stand out in hardware stores, supplier outlets, and professional procurement environments.
Overall, the project successfully positioned Incise as a modern, dependable, and high-performance construction solutions brand with a clear and well-defined visual identity.
